Our platform is a cloud agnostic tool that processes video content using AI and ML technology into bite-sized content capsules that are ready to go-to-market in real time. Our proprietary technology enables traditional media broadcasters and new age streaming giants to drive more revenue to their businesses by increasing their audience engagement and amplifying their brand and sponsor messages. Our vision is to empower the end user of our platform so that anyone with little or no experience of editing can become a master content creator


  • 1. Generate, develop and close sales opportunities of Toch’s SaaS-based solutions to broadcasters and media houses.
  • 2. Good understanding of selling to media and production houses.
  • 3. Define and drive the go-to-market strategy for assigned territories.
  • 4. Achieve the assigned sales target and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • 5. Regular market visits for Face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations.
  • 6. Generating leads through daily telecalls, social media, industry contacts and other online platforms.
  • 7. Strong coordination within different departments for smooth onboarding of customers and creating upselling opportunities.
  • 8. Help assist the market head in marketing efforts and B2B marketing, webinars, tradeshow participation and lead generation
  • 9. Knowledge of Media domain and existing relationships would be an added advantage.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Must have a strong Tech Sales background with experience in Ad- Tech.

2. History of over-quota performance against assigned company goals.

3. Experience managing new business, add on and renewal sales channel.

4. Must have an affinity for technology sales, being able to convey business value from technical solutions.

5. Demonstrated experience in delivering professional services and projects to clients.

6. Strong empathy/obsession for customers and passion for revenue and growth.

7. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-transaction type sales environment.

9. Ability to work as a key member of the sales management team and leadership teams.

10. Self-motivated, independent thinker, hard worker, thought leader, high integrity.
