Our platform is a cloud-agnostic tool that processes video content using AI and ML technology into bite-sized content capsules that are ready to go to market in real-time. Our proprietary technology enables traditional media broadcasters and new-age streaming giants to drive more revenue to their businesses by increasing their audience engagement and amplifying their brand and sponsor messages. Our vision is to empower the end-user of our platform so that anyone with little or no experience of editing can become a master content creator.


  • 1. Cultivate relationships with the existing clients and upsell products.
  • 2. Work closely with the sales and product teams to take handover of client once sales process is completed and handhold customers through the onboarding and implementation process.
  • 3. Own the post- sales process of training and problem solving.
  • 4. Evaluate and improve training materials, tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  • 5. Create a feedback cycle between the customers and product teams.
  • 6. Implement and own the NPS process.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Work experience of 4+ years in a relevant role (B2B SaaS or International Media/ Broadcaster preferable).
